How do I secure my booking? A deposit is required to secure your party slot. This confirms your booking and ensures the space is reserved exclusively for you. How does the deposit work? The deposit is dual-purpose. It is retained if the party is cancelled, but if your party goes ahead as planned and finishes on time, it is returned to you after the event. In practice, this has been returned in almost all cases. When is the remaining balance due? The venue fee is payable 4 weeks before your party. Any add-ons (such as food or socks) are confirmed and paid for by the Monday before your event. Please note: Party payment (except deposit) is via bank transfer ONLY. What’s the difference between peak and off-peak? Peak times include weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays (excluding summer). Pricing varies significantly between peak and off-peak slots. Can I have a party without a booking? Regular group visits of up to 10 children are welcome and can be arranged directly via Email, but these are standard sessions and do not include any party privileges. Outside food, drinks, and decorations—including cakes and balloons—are not permitted. For a full party experience with these extras, a dedicated party booking is required. We also offer non-exclusive parties on weekdays.

Is there an age limit? There’s no strict minimum age, but children under 4 will need close supervision. For exclusive hire parties, we can accommodate children up to age 10, though we recommend keeping age ranges fairly close to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Do adults need to supervise? Yes — all children must be supervised at all times. As a guide, younger children will need closer supervision, while older children can be more independent. Do you provide staff support? Absolutely. While we don’t provide entertainers, your party will have a dedicated lead staff member, plus a team on hand to help with setup, serving food, cutting cake, preparing drinks, and running the café.

How long is the party? We offer two main party slots: Early Afternoon: 13:15 – 15:00 Standard: 15:45 – 17:45 Each includes a short setup window at the start. Your setup time begins at the start of your booking. While we’ll always try to accommodate a few extra minutes where possible, we can’t guarantee early access due to cleaning and preparation between sessions. What does the party schedule look like? We follow a tried-and-tested structure to keep things running smoothly: Arrival & setup Play time Food, cake & birthday moment Wind-down, goodbyes & departure There’s some flexibility on the day, but this flow works really well for most groups. Can children go back to play after food? We don’t offer re-entry to the play area after the food and cake section, as we need to prepare the space for the next session. What happens if we arrive late? Unfortunately, we’re unable to extend your party time, so we recommend arriving promptly to make the most of your session.

Do you offer food? Yes — we offer food boxes and platter options, priced per child (or opt for self-catering, corkage applies). Is food required? Not at all. If you choose not to have food, you’ll simply have more time to enjoy the play area. Can I bring my own food or drinks? Yes — we offer corkage options: £35 for bringing your own food £35 for bringing your own drinks we can waive food corkage fee for adults' snacks if you order one of our children's food packages (Please avoid greasy or hard to clean food; alcohol is not permitted.) Are drinks included? Yes — water and squash are included for children as standard. Can adults order food and drinks? Yes — our café is open throughout the party, and parents are very welcome to order. Can I run a tab? Yes — most hosts choose to open a tab for their guests. This can include drinks, snacks, and/or extras like socks, and is settled at the end of the party. Can you cater for dietary requirements? Of course — just let us know your requirements by the Monday before your party.

What’s included in the setup? Your party space will be ready for you on arrival, including table arrangements. Our team will also assist with your setup during the allocated time. What are the table sizes? Standard tables: 60cm x 60cm (five tables in a row, typically arranged in two rows) Additional bi-fold tables: large 185cm x 75cm tables for cake, presents, and decorations Can I bring decorations? Yes — you’re very welcome to personalise your space. We just ask that all decorations are free-standing (no sticking to walls or fixtures). Do I need lots of decorations? Not at all — the space is already designed to feel fun, bright, and party-ready, so most families find minimal decorations work perfectly. Can I bring external suppliers (e.g. entertainers or stylists)? Yes — third-party suppliers are welcome, but must be pre-arranged in advance. Premium parties allow more time for more elaborate setups if needed.

Do children need to wear socks? Yes — socks are required for all children in the play area. You can: Bring your own (socks with proper grips, e.g. from trampoline park), or Pre-order from us at a discounted rate Socks are included with premium parties. What should I bring with me? Most hosts bring: Birthday cake Candles Decorations Balloons Party bags Are joint birthday parties allowed? Yes — We have hosted many joint parties including twins, friends and even a group of NCT children! Can siblings join the party? Yes — siblings are very welcome to join in the fun. Is parking available? Yes — there is plenty of parking nearby for your guests.

What is your cancellation policy? More than 4 weeks’ notice: full venue fee refunded (deposit retained) 2–4 weeks’ notice: 50% venue fee refunded (deposit retained) Less than 2 weeks: no refund Add-ons such as food and socks are fully refundable if cancelled in time. Can I reschedule my booking? We’re unable to offer rescheduling, so please ensure your date works before booking. What happens if I don’t pay on time? If the venue fee is not paid 4 weeks in advance, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit retained.

What happens on the day of the party?
